Tasting Note:

Heady, floral nose of bright cherries, raspberry, cool blue Pinot fruit and beautiful damsons with suggestions of fine wood smoke and brushed earth. Concentrated, dense and rich, but poised with pure high-toned fruit. The tannins are supple and sweet and the acidity cleansing and linear. This is not at all showy, but calm and elegant. A Premier Cru worthy of Grand Cru status.
