Tasting Note:

Glorious white Burgundy. Incredibly consistent, year after year, in both quality and style. At the silkier more textural end of the white Burgundy spectrum as it always is, but there is great depth and balance to this too. Simply wonderful fruit definition. A prestigious bottling produced from start to finish by Drouhin but the vines themselves have been owned by the Laguiche family since the French revolution. The wine is aged for months in 20% new oak barrels.
