Tasting Note:

The clay soils here have given great verve and freshness to the wine. There are some nice gentle curves alongside juicy and lively flavours
of lemon rind and ruby grapefruit. This comes from two small vineyards; ‘Les Houlieres’ and ‘Les Parties’, lying just south and west
of Puligny-Montrachet. Aged in oak barrels (10% new) for 12 months followed by six months in steel tank.
