Tasting Note:

A serious Bourgogne that is as mouth-filling and suave as it is juicy and fresh. Layered and sophisticated with a distinct ‘Puligny’ finesse and
minerality with a citrussy, pithiness and grip keeping the wine in focus. This comes from two small vineyards: ‘Les Houlieres’ and ‘Les Parties’,
lying just south and west of Puligny-Montrachet. Aged in oak barrel (10% new) for 12 months, followed by six months in steel tank.
