Tasting Note:

A delicate, floral red-fruit dominated nose. Complex red and dark berry, undergrowth and mineral characteristics. A distinct kick of old vines
complexity and spice whilst managing to keep its poise and tension. Beautifully complete and harmonious. Really very striking. Situated on the south side of village, Cailleret’s steep, well exposed slope and poor, stony soil make it one of the finest Crus in the commune. Part of the blend is from vines planted in 1990, another part is from 50-year-old vines bought by Guillaume in 2013.
