Tasting Note:

Always a little more elegant and mineral than the Marsannay but similarly dense and rich. Rounded, velvety notes of ripe dark fruit, mulled spices and stones. From high quality parcels on the slopes at the bottom of the Le Clos and Les Herbues hills, perhaps more worthy of Premier Cru status. Along with Marsannay, this ages for less time in oak barriques than the other Meo Camuzet wines - between a maximum of 10 to 12 months – with very little new oak employed.
