Tasting Note:

More wild strawberry and herb notes here. Some mineral spice too. A touch of oak but nothing that won’t integrate with time in bottle.   Compared to the Bourgogne there’s more salinity and tauter fruit here.  From three plots in the south of Marsannay on the Fixin border, this ages for less time in oak barriques than the other Méo-Camuzet wines, between a maximum of 10 to 12 months, and there is no new oak as of 2020 vintage.
