Tasting Note:

A little muted at first but with some encouragement shows a wealth of spiced, largely red, fruits. Soft, rich flavours of damson, kirsch, raspberry liqueur and sweet spice offset by a distinct savoury, salty element. Deep, luxurious and heady but with sapidity.
