Crisp and nutty yet not austere, a touch of smoke leads to notes of lime and salted orange peel - Bracing, refreshing top quality Bourgogne, with fresh but ripe acidity and great focus and line. The vines for this wine are all situated in the village of Meursault and the average age of vines is 30 years old, grapes are picked by hand and the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, of which no more than 15% are new.
