Tasting Note:

Bracing citrus zest and oyster shell nose, very concentrated but it keeps its shape well. Long, vital, lithe flavours that mix fresh lemon peel notes with dry minerally stone character and richer notes of nut and clove spice. Aged in 20 percent new oak for 12 months. From three parcels within this fine, south-facing vineyard, perched at the top of a small hill adjacent to Corton.
