Tasting Note:

Juicy but muscular, "a little Vaucrains” as Bertrand aptly puts it. Pithy red fruits with sweet griotte and damson notes, tempered by a cool earthiness as well as a gripping structure. Firm and with backbone, but you have to admire the pristine quality of fruit. This may need a little patience but should make for a super old bottle. One of Nuits' unsung heroes, Les Pruliers is well situated with a gentle slope and a good mix of clay and stones, consistently producing very complete, structured, mineral wine in the typical Nuits mould.
