Tasting Note:

Clear, smooth and sapid, the fruit is well-rounded, ripe and fresh with a savoury and pronounced salinity that betrays the Gamay component (of which there is always less than a quarter in the blend). A blend of a maximum 25% Gamay and 75% Pinot Noir aged in used oak barrels only.
