Grape Type:

Pinot Noir

Chambertin Clos de Bèze, Grand Cru, 2017

Tasting Note:

All whole bunch fermentation and 100% new oak and you don’t feel either such is the pedigree and class of this wine. Floral intense but
composed. There is something so assured and seamless about this. An even-keeled graceful Grand Cru. Beautifully textured forest berry fruit,
notes of loganberry and morello cherry with a a twist of mineral and undergrowth. So stylish and profound. From an 80 year-old parcel of vines. Fermentation is all whole bunch. Being a small cuvée is aged exclusively in new wooden barrels.
