Tasting Note:

One of the top Vosne Premier Cru vineyards situated next door to the Boudots of Nuits-St.-Georges, making wines that show a similar power but with Vosne texture. This is excellent. Explosive, tight-packed, bursting with wonderful dark cherry and high-toned red berry fruits, hints of bramble and crème de muˆre, notes of mineral and cherry stones give this some bite and lift on the huge finish. All the elements are here for a first-rate wine, though it will need several years in bottle to be appreciated at its best.
