Tasting Note:

Floral and very fine red berry fruit, the Peays always look for femininity in this cuvee and this majors on floral, hightoned red fruits and finely spun minerals. Bone china fine with an ethereal character that is today more reserved and tightly wound than the Pomarium, a touch of smoke but less briar and more fruit purity. The Chambolle of the bunch? Long and fine. Fine cherry stone fruit , brilliantly refined and with great line. 13.1% abv
