Tasting Note:

Faint touches of smoke frame gorgeous pure lime and citrus aromas, finely tuned notes of butter and pomelo, flecks of salt and grapefruit rind. This is very fine boned, with great oak integration, sweet lemon pie and a note of lemongrass and cream on the finish. Supple, balanced and absolutely delicious from the get go. A blend fruit from single vineyard sites of Mt. Pajaro and Horseshoe, designed to drink on release but with the balance to age – this is an extremely high-quality offering from the Rhys stable.
