Tasting Note:

A composed and startlingly pure nose sees fresh lemon and oyster shell notes melding with fine smoke and powdered rocks. Less of roasted nut smokiness than Horeshoe, this has more nerve, more up front salinity, and an edgy, nervous set to the fruit. True to its cool mountainous, marine influenced site, this is an Alpine Chardonnay that is all about illumination, precision and brilliance
