Tasting Note:

Clear and crisp, with strong stony notes alongside citrus and the scent of raw honey. There's good tension and verve to this, with a fine stony texture and plenty of crisp tight citrus notes on the palate -and no discernible oak influence. Very lovely and pure. The polar opposite of the ubiquitous over-ripe over-oaked Californian Chardonnay and more than a match for many a white Burgundy.
