Tasting Note:

Surprisingly chalky and stony on the nose for such a warm, generous vintage, with ample mid palate fruit, lemon pulp and curd, a fine, elegant bead and fine stony tension creating a pull from start to finish. This is pleasing and elegant already, with freshness delivered by way of a strongly saline note, but really it deserves five years of cellaring to develop into a Cristal that will be pure elegant pleasure. A blend of 55% pinot noir and 45% chardonnay from 8 Grand Cru villages, with 8g/l dosage.
