    Completely de-stemmed. Deeper, riper fruit, more concentrated and brooding than the straight village level cuvée. The palate is broader, more structured and serious with good length and cleansing acidity. Sultry, round and pretty well persistent. This is a stimulating wine that offers intrigue and a lot of pleasure. A blend of Chatelots, Noirots, Fuées, Groseilles, Plantes, Combottes and Haut Doit.
