A sprinkling of salt gives edge and complexity to the ripe red fruit. Muscly but toned and agile, on the more vital and virile side of the Amoureuses spectrum. Aged in a maximum of 20% new oak and fermented with 50% whole bunches. The vines range from 30 to 80 years old
