Tasting Note:

Spicy and quite reserved at first, with air there’s a lovely line in savoury, salty, smoke and wild hedgerow fruits. The extra tension on the palate gives this nice drive and dimension, as the spicy fruit emerges from its shell. The source material is clearly lovely and this is a real grower. Needs a few years in bottle but should turn into something quite special with time.
