Tasting Note:

A very special vineyard, originally gifted to Oliver by a farmer in return for 18 bottles a year. Situated at 280m altitude, windy, hard to work it is a site made up of very hard chalk, which gives the wine an incredible sense of energy. Arrestingly aromatic on the nose, with red berries, strawberries, then mango and crushed rock notes, the palate is completely dry, but internally so sweet in flavour. Rich, ripe yet very clear and dry.
