Stone fruits, peaches and fresh apricot, also apricot kernel and strong salty grassy aromas, before strawberries, tart raspberry and golden cane fruits flood the palate. Tight knit and coiled, with such finishing energy and pizzazz that you know it’s going to improve over many years. There's an almost blanc de noirs type character, intense red berry and stone fruit flavours pulsing with limestone energy, a hallmark of this excellent, windy, hilltop vineyard.
