A blend of fruit from the Herrgott and Frauenberg vineyards, fermented and aged entirely in old wooden fuders, racked once before bottling. Almost exotically spiced, with fantastic reserves of energy and pithy flavours of citrus and hard chalky white stones. Taut and broad. Most impressive.
