Tasting Note:

A 'village' level cuvee from old vines in the village of Klingenberg, raised in 300 lt and 500 lts neutral German oak casks and barrels. There's a real stoniness coming through here, a steely core to an otherwise supple and sleek wave of ripe red fruits with gentle spice, floral notes and sweet red cherry fruit. Aromatic and shapely - a clear step up in intensity and depth from the Bundsandstein.
