Tasting Note:

Deeper cherry notes infused with an iron like mineral tang, the pep of blackberry, and wildflower notes in this open deep and lively Pinot Noir. Some of the oldest vines in the estate are in the Bienenberg vineyard, planted in the '50s and '60s, and the wine shows off all the depth you'd expect from such old material - a mixture of German and French Pinot clones planted on limestone. A wine of elegant depth, flowers, and sweet earthy nuance, this is hugely satisfying and beautifully balanced. It would be pretty phenomenal with Duck and cherries.
