Tasting Note:

Schlossberg is a steeply terraced vineyard composed of pure white limestone directly south facing and planted entirely to French Pinot clones. A kaleidoscopic array of flavours are on display in the Schlossberg as the ripe, sweet strawberry and red plum notes soar out of the glass with a real sense of radiance and generosity. On the palate, that lively ripe fruit profiles tapers in to something altogether more sophisticated and tense. Very stony and highly tensioned, this is real Grand Cru quality.
