Tasting Note:

Alte Reben or old vines, is a blend of the three single vineyard sites and is very mineral with pure cherry fruit a touch of chalk and limestone, orange zest and very discrete wood smoke - more race and purity than we’ve seen in this cuvee before. On the palate jewel bright red fruits and lifted nimble citrus and cherry notes lend the wine real energy. Very persistent.
