Tasting Note:

Dellchen, or little hollow, is a south-west facing, slate and volcanic soil vineyard rising directly from the banks of the river between Norheim and Niederhausen, where high levels of grape ripeness are regularly achieved. This is firm and pure with very well integrated ripe acidity, lots of slate character, chamomile and yellow peach, very exact flavours and real elegance. Such grace and flavour. Glorious.
