Tasting Note:

A complex array of bergamot dominated citrus fruits, then green apricot and almond, all underpinned by a savoury stony core of dense extract and fruit pith. This hails from an historic, steeply sloping vineyard of red sandstone that the Dönnhoffs are restoring to its former glory. The name means ‘Pathway to Hell’, referring to backbreaking work of working its steep slopes and the glow the red soil exudes when bathed in the evening sun.
