Tasting Note:

Impressive floral and stone purity here, really clear fine citrus fruits, a touch of herb and pear skin. The palate is very finely textured, composed, and balanced. There is a little mid palate extract that gives shape, and lovely fresh acidity holding up the bergamot and white currant fruit on the finish. This is just above the level of residual sugar permitted for ‘trocken’ bottlings, though drier than most feinherbs.
