Tasting Note:

Pithy bergamot, then Sicilian lemon, very aromatic and high definition. There’s sweetness here but also lots of saltiness and stoniness. Bottled with a few grams less of residual than recent years. Not quite dry but the effect is fruit and stones rather than any evident sweetness.
