Tasting Note:

Complex, gentle and yet growing in stature on the nose, the Fruhtau is salty and finely structured, offering up waxed lemons, dried thyme and lemongrass and a touch of earth leading in to a long shimmering golden finish. Produced from younger vines in the Frühlingsplätzchen vineyard of 10-25 years old and raised in exactly the same way as the GGs, this is always a canny buy.
