Tasting Note:

A rich yet energy filled GG that is aged half in steel, half in 1000 and 2000 lt wooden casks. Oliver used very little skin contact in 2018 in order to maintain freshness and given the tension and savoury stony notes this appears to have been a success. Grapefruit aromas frame wild herbs and crumbly grey slate notes. This shouldn’t take more than a couple of years to drink beautifully.
