Tasting Note:

A nose of cut-glass fruit shows off wonderful delineation. On the palate, salty mineral notes vie with crisp white peaches and fresh zesty citrus. A fine drop of honey signals the Auslese character, but gosh it’s so pure. Straight as a die, this is driving and focussed with masses of linear intensity; a truly classic Auslese reminiscent of years like 2001 and 2002.
