Tasting Note:

A focussed, lifted Goldcap with notes of orange citrus and sweet pea, very pure flavours that again don’t seem overly touched by botrytis, just very fine sweetness. The nose has a cool, detailed character, very tightly woven at present, but with great delineation and precision. An ethereal Goldcap, borne upon an invisible acidity, with a core of highly complex slate and fruit seamlessly fused together. Great purity and balance, and a finish that is gloriously fresh and clean.
