Tasting Note:

A wonderfully pure nose glistens with notes of peach and wild strawberry on shimmering slate. The palate is quite gentle in attack, the acidity subsumed by fruit and sheets of minerals, flavours running from grapefruit to white peach and then conference pear and fine honey.
