Tasting Note:

An incredibly attractive, well balanced Rose that brings together aromatic red fruit notes with biscuit, nuts and brioche in a package that is full of character, but also refined and highly crafted. Sekt, but not as we know it. Very much at the paler end of the spectrum, with a mineral, crisp focussed palate, a fine tight-knit mousse, and notes of raspberry leading to a cool tapering finish. A blanc de noir from 100% Pinot Noir. Only 6000 bottles produced.
