Tasting Note:

Brimming with cool dark berry aromas, fragrant and inviting, with great poise and a very fine tannic structure. A sleek mineral component threads its way through the sweet oak and small berry fruit leading to a fine, tapering, salt infused finish. Furst’s Burgstadter Berg is an unusual Erste Lage as it is made up of two Grosse Gewachs sites, a blend of 60% declassified Centgrafenberg and 40% declassified Hunsruck.
