Tasting Note:

The Hundsruck possesses more volume and amplitude than either of the other GGs. There is simply more here. Bitter sweet cherry, damson and wild strawberry notes all coalesce alongside spice, tea and a strong sandstone elements in a wine gentle power and quiet forcefulness. A 2.5 ha plot composed of weathered red sandstone that is south facing and partially terraced, habitually producing the most powerful, and spicy wines in the Furst range.
