Tasting Note:

A glorious nose emanates from the glass of Hundsruck, myriad cut glass red fruit notes, then floral, then a touch of sweet spice, warm stones. Ethereal on the palate, delicate, high toned yet also taut. Notes of blooming flowers, fine red fruit and complex sandstone minerality, a textural, savoury element that provides a sense of depth. Very smart indeed. A 2.5ha vineyard that is steep, partially terraced and well-draining – it tends to produces the most powerful and spiced wines in the Furst portfolio.
