Tasting Note:

A small fillet from the Centgrafenberg vineyard in Burgstadt with more limestone in the soils than Benedikt’s other two GGs. This is an aromatic bottling, all cherry, flowers and fine red fruits on the nose, spreading inner perfume across the palate as it defies the power Hundsruck is known for. Floral, refined, mineral and stony with great energy and uplift. In 2017 this saw between 25-50% whole bunch.
