A glorious nose that moves from Chamomile to lemon balm via ripe yellow peaches, mint, fresh apricot and finally honey. Initially subtle on the palate it soon elongates into a long, resonant, arrestingly focussed Auslese of considerable intensity, with vivid notes of sweet peach, verbena, granny smith, and sea salt set in high definition on a bed of complex minerality. Rich and sweet but absolutely straight as an arrow with fantastically defined flavours and impeccable balance.
