Tasting Note:

Very complex and perhaps a little more refined at this stage than Hubacker. A kalaidoscopic fruit nose, less muscular than Hubacker with some of the dancing character of Kirchspiel, long and poised on the palate, effortless and graceful and really very serious. Lovely indeed. Salty mint highlights, herbs, pears, peach, and cherry blossom. The balance is so zen you hardly notice the lurking power.
