Tasting Note:

Superbly balanced body, gripping tannins and floral high-toned fruit. A beauty. One of the great Castiglione vineyards, planted on a mixture
of sand and clay, the same vineyard as Scavino’s Bric dël Fiasc but named using the standard Italian dialect as opposed to that of Piedmont.
Aged in large Slavonian oak ‘botti’ and barriques with 20-25% new oak for 24 months. A cuvée that Azelia first bottled up separately in 1978.
