Tasting Note:

Dal Bello is situated on clay and limestone soils on the hills of Treviso ans as such is exposed to cooling breezes with strong temperature fluctuations. The grapes are softly pressed before selected yeasts are added, followed by fermentation for 15 days at 18°. The wine is then decanted and kept in heat controlled tanks for the sparkling process. The liquid then spends a further 60 days fermenting in an autoclave at 16° C. The resulting sparkling wine is a beautiful straw yellow in colour with hints of green. An apple and ripe fruit bouquet with essence of almond and honey notes makes for a fresh and balanced taste. Impeccable as an aperitif or paired with fish or seafood dishes, serve cold, ideally in the sun, and enjoy.
