Tasting Note:

Vespolina is the local grape of Alto Piemonte, a variety that is a mandatory part of the Boca blend, a minimum of 10% being required, but is rarely seen on its own. Very pretty, juicy and refreshing. From vineyards at 450 metres above sea level, aged in steel tank for 18 months before bottling.
