Tasting Note:

Dark, fortifying Syrah with distinct salt and pepper overtones seasoning the intense cassis and bramble fruit. A floral violet note shimmers through the ripe but clear blackberry flavours. The sweet-scent and fruitiness of this offsets the full body and spiciness perfectly. The impeccable texture ensures these highly expressive and flamboyant flavours glide smoothly across the palate. A 100% Syrah fermented and aged in 80% new oak barriques for 16 months, of which rarely more than 750 six packs are made each year.
