Tasting Note:

From Vittore’s mother side of the family, this is a vineyard that came from the Manzone estate in Monforte in 2001. Dark berry fruits are accompanied by a more savoury, earthy character, notes of plum and plum stone, herb and undergrowth with hint of iron. Smart, deep and impressive.
